Liberty Mobility Now is poised to have one of the most dynamic impacts on rural life in America in the 21st Century.
As a Liberty Mobility Now Call Center Agent you will be responsible for answering calls from clients and drivers as you book rides for clients to and from their destinations by coordinating rides with available drivers. These will mostly be trips for non-emergency medical transportation as well as for a major insurance carrier. You will also be responsible for setting up new accounts, verifying payment eligibility’s and troubleshooting problems as they occur.
The ideal Liberty Call Center Agent will possess excellent people skills including good communication, listening and phone skills with a strong customer service focus and an attention to detail. Data entry skills are also important. Experience working in a call center would be helpful, but not required. An Associate degree is preferred but not required.
