Liberty Mobility Now is currently seeking customer focused Call Center Agents that would welcome the challenge of being part of a dynamic team that moves Liberty’s mission and vision forward into the future.
As a Liberty Mobility Now Call Center Agent you will be responsible for answering calls from clients and drivers as you book rides for clients to and from their destinations by coordinating rides with available drivers. You will also be responsible for setting up new accounts, verifying payment eligibility’s and troubleshooting problems as they occur.
The ideal Liberty Call Center Agent will possess excellent people skills including good communication, listening and phone skills with a strong customer service focus and an attention to detail. Data entry skills are also important. Experience working in a call center would be helpful, but not required. An Associate degree is preferred but not required.
Liberty Mobility Now offers an attractive compensation package with starting hourly rates of $12-$15/hr. based on experience, flexible split shift scheduling is available, and the opportunity to work with a future focused team of dynamic leaders, experts, movers and shakers in the transportation space with the focus on innovative state of the art technologies.
